Atchar Production Machinery
When the green mangoes arrives at the Atchar Production Plant, the fruit first and foremost enters the wash-bay to remove and dirt, sand, stones and orchard debris before entering the custom engineered machines.
Then the fruit is transported via a bucket elevator to the cutting machine where the fruit is chopped into medium chunks.
The chunks is then dropped into a holding bin to weight the desired amount of atchar.
Then the atchar is transferred to the mixer where the spices and mix is added (think a big Kenwood - ask you wife to explain). After a few minutes of mixing the atchar is discharged into buckets before storage.
The size of the buckets vary as per the clients needs.

Marula Production Machinery
The marula production process:
PART 1
The fruit arrives at the factory and or production plant after the harvest The fruit is then transported to giant and or jumbo bins; The fruit is then moved to a bin tipper. A bin tipper is a production machine.
The fruit is tipped into the washing bin where after it is transported via a custom conveyor to the pulpier.
The pulpification process starts where the fruit is separated from the pit.
The fleshy fruit and juice extracts are send for Fruit Juice, Cool drinks, Beer & Amarula. Amarula is a world famous liqueur from South Africa, native to our area.
PART 2
The nutty marula pit is then transported to a cleaning plant The pit is thoroughly cleaned utilising our custom shaker to remove any particle or debris of any sort.
Then via a conveyor the pit is transported to the nut extractor. The casing and pit is separated.
The pit is then moved via conveyor to a vibrating screen The pit then undergoes a heating process to a set and tested temperature.
The next step is when the pit is in the cold press. In the cold press the oil is extracted from the pit
The oil then enters a filter refinement process to ensure that a superior quality oil leaves our production facility.
